Her sleep therapist recommends keeping a bedside journal to write her worries away!

Most people are unable to sleep due to stress, pressure or their thoughts weighing down on their mind.

To counter that, have a bedside journal and release all your worries and frustrations by writing it out before you sleep, so that way, your mind feels more worry free and you are able to forget about them for the night.

Alice’s therapist also recommends that she wear an eye mask when she sleeps.

Complete darkness is the best way to achieve quality sleep. So if needed, eye masks are useful in blocking out streams of light that may disrupt your sleeping patterns!
